Seen any good news stories lately??

There have been good and bad. Some bad b/c they are ignorant, some bad b/c we counted, and all but one commerical that ran in the 30 min program was from a pharmaceutical company.
If anyone doubts the COVER UP, view the Simpsonwood Transcripts yourself!! (Links to those and more, click here!) They admit it on the first page, and then go on talking about ways to make the numbers more appealing --if ya know what I mean ;) Get David Kirby's book, "Evidence of Harm". Learn the biochemistry behind what is going on with our kids. After all that I do not know how anyone can dismiss this cover up.

The truth will come out someday. It always does.
In the meantime, start recovering your child from mercury-induced autism. Read "Children With Starving Brains" --the links to the books are below.

Bloodhound. And How to Pill a Bloodhound.

Autistic people can have sensory issues. Hyper and hypo sensory issues. For Gavin there is something with his sense of smell. He truly is a bloodhound. He has a very self limited diet, living on peanut butter sandwiches, soy baby formula with chocolate syrup, and french fries. He will pepper in the occasional junk food item. I often wonder if there is something in his brain that takes the way someting smells and turns it into a bad "taste" --it's not unheard of. He will not eat meat or veggies, only the occasional fruit.

So then comes the day we needed to give him the Milk Thistle. The doctor broke the capsule open for me and I tasted it. It had absolutely no taste. Easy as pie I thought. RIGHT.

Soda, milk, peanut butter... I slipped it into everything he eats. And each time he knew it. He refused the food. What's worse is he doesn't trust me anymore, he will not eat anything but his fries now.

We were forced to mix the powder with a tiny bit of water and put it in a dropper. I have to wrestle him to the ground while my mom shoots it into his mouth! Thank you Ely Lily for making me force things on my child.

This is how chelation therapy is starting for us. As stated before its simply milk thistle (500 mg a day). Thankfully I have found a liquid version online. See, here is another oddity about Gavin. He wont take anything from a dropper... unless it is dropper attached to a lid in a small brown or glass bottle...lol so GNC Melatonin is ok. Herb's for Kids super calm is ok (except it doesnt work for him --smells/ tastes like crap... So I assume that this liquid MT will be okay too --another intersting Gavin quirk.

baby screaming for my attn. gotta go.

Milk Thistle

So that is how it starts? Milk Thistle.

Gavin is Autistic. More accurately he is suffering from Mercury-Induced Autism.

There is a process called chelation that pulls the heavy metals out of the body --detoxifies. It has been shown to successfully treat children with autism. Its not easy getting to this place for many reasons. First you have find your way through the useless maze of Autism information out there to finally learn the truth, that Autism is mercury poisoning. Once there you have to find a doctor who is willing to do the protocal for treatment.

That can be a challange, but there is a list on the Autism Research Institute web site. They are called DAN! doctors (Defeat Autism Now!). As time passes you will learn more about this issue from me --and now the media which is slowly starting to pick it up.

For now I am just amazed that after all of this... 7 years of the diagnosis of Autism and a 2 hour drive to the nearest DAN! doctor --and I come home with Milk Thistle. Something you can buy anywhere, a supplement that boosts liver function and gets the whole ballrolling. I am a strong supporter of taking a thoughful measured approach at this. It may be tempting to just jump right in and start throwing all sorts of supplements and chelators into his body --but that is a bit shortsighted and foolish.

More to follow about how to "pill" your kid.
